He said this on Tuesday 4th March, while addressing Students and Teachers at Mwanza Secondary School, Nyamagana District in Mwanza City.
Accompanied by leaders of almost all departments in his district to this mission said his visit focuses on encouraging teachers to increase effort to raise performance in schools that are located in his jurisdiction territory.
In this expedition apart this huge delegation he had with him Mr. Mustafa Banigwa, famous known by the name of (MC Nyayo ), who is the Political Secretary and Publicity for CC M in Nyamagana.
At Mwanza S,S. which is a high school in this district, on his own statement the DC said that Mwanza S.S. was his 28th school to visit out of 30 schools that he had planned to visit so far so that he can offer encouragement to teachers and other members of the staff. .
" Despite asking to increase performance to your school, I want the headmaster featuring the coordinator of the Education in Pamba ward (county) MS Edina W. Kungu where Mwanza Secondary is allocated, to grant to me within one week the names of students who did not report to school and reasons led to their failure to report to school until now".He ordered..
"However, I emphasize that the student should not be expelled from school for lack of school fees or other need for school, only the parents should be pursued for any of these and not a student." This prime district stressed.
The headmaster of Mwanza Secondary School Mr. David Ne story in response to this request said. "This year, my school was allocated 340 students who were to join form One , and among them is only twenty -six who did not report. " Explaining further he said.
"Monitoring was conducted it was found that 18 students went to private schools and 8 moved to other schools. Later the authority after being informed added the rest of what is missing to bridge the gap existed. Now the school have 430 form one students." This head noted.
Speaking to students before talking with the teachers His excellence the DC made himself known to the student by mentioning his name and his reputation that he is called the Servant of God,the Nyamagana district superintendent for Mwanza city , His excellence Baraka Kongaga
Having been introduced himself to these students , to reinforce knowledge to these young people so as to build their memory of his name.He chose form one students to tell his name.

While talking to the teachers the DC said Mwanza Secondary School is a very potential School and as a great school that carries the status of the province for being called the name of the region must shine.
Above all it has good laboratories and is an oldest school in the region besides it also has enough teachers and if there is any insufficiency it is of a little deficient.
It was further noted that the school has experienced teachers hold diploma and degrees. The holders of first degree were 92, and only 7 were Diploma holders.
The degree holders are categorized to undergraduate degree, graduate degree and others are in doctorate study .
Finally, he concludes by asking the teachers should love their work for teachers are given the first priority and their profession is a title of the ruling party.
Mr.Nestory said his school is a choice of many because many parents request to transfer their children to this school. adding that in national examination results of last year for form four and six his school ranked the first in the region.
" We all know education is a source of prosperity for any nation. There are graduates of other disciplines who graduated together with you and yet they have not found jobs. Am I not right? " He queried.
Then he suggested to teachers to congratulate and thank the Government of the fourth phase for the good environment it created to increase jobs opportunities to teachers and other professionals .
" This was made possible only in this phase because the government introduced new secondary schools and colleges as well as new Universities such as DUCE, MUCE and Dodoma University just to name but a few ," To defend this claim he said
"For instance the University of Dodoma is capable of receiving 40,000 students." He likened this population with residents of some districts in the country.
In fact his visit has been a major challenge to these schools he visited.
